Service Agreement

By subscribing to our internet services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. This agreement represents a legally binding contract between you (the subscriber) and the Provider (the internet service provider). Please review these terms thoroughly before utilizing our high-speed internet, broadband, or fiber optic services.

Service Provision & Availability

We deliver internet connectivity services based on your selected plan:

  • Service Plans: Residential broadband, business internet, fiber optic, and wireless internet options
  • Speed Tiers: Various bandwidth options from 50 Mbps to 1 Gbps
  • Coverage Area: Service availability subject to technical feasibility and network coverage in your location
  • Installation: Professional installation included with most plans, self-installation kits available
  • Equipment: Modem, router, and necessary hardware provided or available for purchase

Payment Terms & Billing

All internet service charges are payable on the date indicated in your billing statement:

  • Monthly Billing: Charges billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or automatic payment
  • Late Payments: $10 late fee applied after 15 days, service suspension after 30 days
  • Installation Fees: One-time setup charges may apply based on service plan
  • Equipment Charges: Rental fees or purchase costs for modems and routers
  • Taxes & Fees: Applicable federal, state, and local taxes added to monthly bill

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our internet services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:

  • Illegal file sharing, copyright infringement, or piracy
  • Sending spam, phishing emails, or malicious content
  • Hacking, network intrusion, or security breaches
  • Excessive bandwidth usage that degrades network performance for other users
  • Hosting illegal content or operating unauthorized servers
  • Reselling internet services without written authorization
  • Using services for fraudulent or criminal activities

Service Level & Performance

We strive to provide reliable, high-speed internet connectivity:

  • Uptime Guarantee: 99.5% network availability (excluding scheduled maintenance)
  • Speed Delivery: Advertised speeds represent maximum capabilities under optimal conditions
  • Network Management: Traffic prioritization during peak hours to ensure fair usage
  • Maintenance Windows: Scheduled maintenance typically performed 2 AM - 6 AM

Customer Equipment & Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining compatible devices and equipment
  • Securing your home network with strong passwords
  • Protecting your account credentials
  • Returning rented equipment upon service cancellation
  • Providing safe access for installation and service technicians

Technical Support & Customer Service

We provide comprehensive customer support:

  • 24/7 Support: Phone, email, and live chat assistance available
  • Online Portal: Self-service account management and troubleshooting
  • On-Site Service: Technician visits for complex issues (fees may apply)
  • Response Time: Critical issues addressed within 24 hours

Contract Duration & Cancellation

Service contracts and cancellation policies:

  • Month-to-Month: No long-term commitment, cancel anytime with 30 days notice
  • Annual Contracts: Discounted rates with 12-month commitment
  • Early Termination: Cancellation fees may apply for contract plans
  • Cancellation Process: Submit written notice via email or customer portal
  • Final Bill: Prorated charges and equipment return required

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or terms with 30 days advance notice to customers. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits arising from service interruptions or network issues beyond our reasonable control.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. Class action lawsuits are waived.
